I came to Parkside CrossFit with what I thought was a solid exercise background. I was a former dancer, yogi, too-much-time-in-the-Gym-er. Somehow, after all of that time, I still managed to injure myself and I didn’t have the results I craved. Parkside CrossFit changed all of that for me. Not only did I find a community of like minded individuals, I began to take ownership of my physical journey and learn healthy habits. My knee pain went away because of their focus on alignment and posture. A shoulder injury that had given me pain for years went away completely. I am stronger, faster, healthier, PAIN FREE and more able to participate in a range of activities both in and out of the gym. It’s functional fitness for your entire life. Parkside CrossFit wants you to be the best, most healthy, most happy version of yourself. I feel like I’m walking proof of it.
