Connor is a current CrossFit L2 Trainer, and was born with a passion for health and fitness. He fell in love with CrossFit at the age of 18 and has never looked back. His specialty is strength training, and as a “Recovering Skinny Guy” adding muscle to anyone with a thin frame – he’s gone from 6ft 3 150lbs to 215lb over his CrossFit career. He is also a recovering over-trainer, under-sleeper, under-eater, and near exercise addict. He once said, “It’s embarrassing what I did to my body – I would much rather have said I destroyed it with drugs and alcohol… but nope, just Mr. Can’t Stop Exercising.” In addition, he has had 7 surgeries for everything from tumors to blood clots and has developed a passion for rehab, injury prevention, and getting rid of pain in his clients and members. He is available to write custom programs for individuals and sports teams, nutrition coaching, and personal training.
Coach Tom is our wiley veteran at Parkside CrossFit, and one of the nicest and most sincere human beings on planet earth. He completed our rigorous 4 month internship program, and passed with flying colors. He has always had a passion for fitness. He got started out of his house as a personal trainer, and has since fallen in love with coaching classes. In addition to his wealth of knowledge and experience, he has his L1 certification and is waiting to help put you in the shape of your life!
