Eat These Foods to Lose Weight and Gain Muscle!!

Here is a list of things you should eat, a list of things to avoid, and some simple tips.

Follow this and you will 2x your results, guaranteed.

Eat these things:

Protein

  1. Chicken, turkey.
  2. Steak
  3. Salmon
  4. Other seafood. 
  5. Eggs
  6. Protein powder.

Carbs

  1. Sweet potatoes
  2. White Potatoes 
  3. Berries – strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, etc.
  4. Other fruit – peaches, apples, etc.
  5. Veggies – spinach, zucchini, squash, carrots, celery, broccoli, brussel sprouts, asparagus, etc.

Fats

  1. Almonds, almond butter
  2. Acovado
  3. Olive oil
  4. Lots of your fat will come from the meat you eat.

Avoid

  1. Beans
  2. Rice
  3. Cheese, other dairy. 
  4. Bread, other grains.
  5. Anything processed.
  6. Sugar.

Helpful Tips:

  1. Read the ingredient list on everything you eat, if there’s sugar in it in any form, it’s best to put it back.
  2. Make your meals in advance.
  3. Include 1 protein, 1 carb, and a small portion of fat with each meal.
  4. Try to consume all your food at your meals – if you must snack, veggies and fruit are the way to go.
  5. Consistency is key. 
  6. DO NOT TRY TO BE PERFECT. You can have ice cream every week if you are following this list/tips 80-90% of the time.
