Here is how you lose weight: you burn more calories than you consume. 

That’s it.

Burn more calories than you consume consistently (for months) and you will lose weight. Guaranteed.

That’s the truth. 

There is so much misinformation out there. I love cutting through all the nonsense to make this clear and easy for people.

I don’t care what you do. Keto, paleo, zone, macros, random eating, it doesn’t matter. 

If you lost weight, it’s because you consumed fewer calories than you burned.

It has nothing to do with cutting carbs, burning fat, blah blah blah. 

It’s all about calories consumed versus calories burned.

Here’s my go to tip: find a calorie calculator online. Calculate how many calories you burn on a daily basis. 

Track your food, and eat fewer calories than you burn.

Do this for several weeks in a row.

Don’t quit, and you will lose weight. 

Period.
