CrossFit 50 is a class geared toward anyone that is 50 years of age or older! Exercising can be intimidating, especially as you get older! This class is an intimidation-free way to get fit with people your age. CrossFit is truly for everyone, and this class proves it! This one hour class helps introduce people over the age of 50 to a life fitness they couldn’t imagine. We regularly have clients go off of medications, reduce their aches and pain drastically, and make the best of friends! Our greatest joy is when CrossFit 50 members gain the fitness and confidence to join our regular CrossFit classes! This class is currently offered from 8am-9pm on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
