Olympic Lifting

Our Olympic Lifting class is a 1-hour class that focuses heavily on not only mastering the technique of Olympic lifts, the Snatch and the Clean&Jerk, but also on gaining the power and strength to set personal records on your lifts that will help improve your overall athletic performance and aesthetics! The class is run in a way that allows for beginners and advanced athletes to get productive workouts in the same class. Currently, it offered on Saturday’s starting at 10:15am.
