CrossFit

This class is classic CrossFit. There’s no way around it: it’s the best way to get fit. This is a mixed class of all levels, shapes, ages, sizes, and abilities. Each class is lead all the way through by a certified coach, that has gone through our rigorous internship program – so we know they uphold all of our gym and community standards. This class changes people’s lives!

Skills

This class is offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00 pm. It is a combination of powerlifting, Olympic lifting, and plyometrics. It is an excellent strength program – especially when combined with our Saturday, 10:15 am Olympic Lifting Class. This program is great for anyone that wants to build muscle, get leaner, develop power and explosiveness, get better at a sport, CrossFit or life!shapes, ages, sizes, and abilities. Each class is lead all the way through by a certified coach, that has gone through our rigorous internship program – so we know they uphold all of our gym and community standards. This class changes people’s lives!

Olympic Lifting

This class is offered on Saturday at 10:15 am. It is dedicated toward the two Olympic Lifts: the Clean & Jerk and the Snatch. Whether you’re brand new to Oly lifting or experienced, this class is an excellent way to get stronger, faster, and build lean muscle. There’s always a technique lifting, followed by practicing the lifts, and finishing off with strength work.

Legacy CrossFit

This class is for clients that want to maintain their independence as long as possible! the best way to stave off the effects of aging, reduce aches and pains, and set get set up for longevity and independence! It is an excellent way for anyone who may have reservations about joining a regular CrossFit class get some practice with members they know are their age. Please email, call, or text us for more info.
