Connor is a current CrossFit L2 Trainer, and was born with a passion for health and fitness. He fell in love with CrossFit at the age of 18 and has never looked back. His specialty is strength training, and as a “Recovering Skinny Guy” adding muscle to anyone with a thin frame—he’s gone from 6ft 3 150lbs to 215lbs over his CrossFit career. He is also a recovering over-trainer, under-sleeper, under-eater, and near exercise addict. He once said, “It’s embarrassing what I did to my body—I would much rather have said I destroyed it with drugs and alcohol… but nope, just Mr. Can’t Stop Exercising.” In addition, he has had seven surgeries for everything from tumors to blood clots and has developed a passion for rehab, injury prevention, and getting rid of pain in his clients and members. He is available to write custom programs for individuals and sports teams, nutrition coaching, and personal training.
