Pamela is a current CrossFit L2 Trainer, has her CrossFit Weightlifting cert, and has been a coach and personal trainer for over seven years. She started playing sports in the 4th grade on the swim team with biking and running and played a ton of sports in her youth/teenage years including volleyball, basketball, track & cross country, swimming & diving. She also took up professional salsa dancing for five years. Pam’s love for competition led her to her passion for competing as a CrossFit athlete and has competed at many local competitions and is still hungry and striving for the big stage. In addition to being the most kind, welcoming, and loyal human being on the planet, Pam has taken intense interest for nutrition and is currently working towards her Level 2 Nutrition Coaching cert. She is our resident nutrition expert and does custom nutrition plans for everyone from average people to high-level athletes. In addition, Pam is available for nutrition coaching and personal training.
